Higher floor 4 stars - lower floor 1 star.

Location at city center. Walking distance to train station. Not far from various shopping places. The breakfast is good. Rooms are clean.

I book for 2 rooms and prefer nearby each other, but got one at highest floor and one at lower floor. The room at lower floor with very old furniture's, loosing wire, loosing button on central power, AC with ice fall off at morning. The hotel should invest to redecorate the rooms at lower floor.

What I didn't like is the bed. Seems like they didn't clean the bed before I stayed there.

good stay for family, the breakfast was good too. value for money. just the property is quite old. the funiture and toil

we were given 3 connected rooms and the rooms are very big size each.

the toilet were not cleaned properly on the first check in. they cleaned it only on the next day. for this customer can always call up the house keeper to clean it right away.

To improve on room facilities

Breakfast is good for money.

Only one towel been provided for 2 people. Have to wait few hours. Room is not as per stated. Have to cancel 2nd day stay and move to different hotel

Very noisy,luckily I stayed there for 2 nights, the traffic was so heavy even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was so so not worth the money I paid.

Old Charme of the Hotel.

Old Charme of the Hotel. Pool is great. Very close to the main station. In the other street sie are good restaurants. Shopping Center 300m Farbe away.

Comfortable stay at the heart of frenetic Medan

Excellent location at the heart of Medan close to the cafes of Merdeka Walk and just 5 minutes walk from the main train station where you catch the ekspress to the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms well equipped but rather faded. However they are kept very clean and comfortable. We did not use the restaurant so can't comment of that.

Rooms are run down and would benefit from a refurbishment.

Staff very friendly from front gate , guest greeting, receiptionist

The cleanliness very poor.. A/c not working properly not cold I was there earlier than check in time they didnt allow me to make an early check in.

Location, spacious room. Staff helped with local information.

Room wasn't the cleanist, stayed here on two occasions so benefit of the doubt, second time sheets were stained also.

An Old Hotel That Needs Serious Improvement on Their Facilities

Location The bell boy/concierge was very helpful and They responded to the complaints very quick

Water from lavatory tap was so dirty even I tried to flush it for several minutes! AC remote controller was not work. Only on and off I booked for 2 nights (17th and 18th Nov 2019) unfortunately I was not able to came on 17th and checked in on 18th around 1.30 pm and the front officer told me that the room is not ready yet! What a stupid statement ! They supposed to be provided my room from 17th then how come they said the room was not ready? Then they send me to the room on 1st floor and that was a smoking room while my booking was deluxe non smoking room. I complained and they trasferred me to 5th floor, a better deluxe room. I really dont understand with this hotel, first they said the room not ready yet but then they could easily transferred me to other room which ready to occupy.

Great location, good wifi and dated interior.

Wifi was 40 Mbs up and download. Rooms were large The bed was sup comfortable.

There were no non smoking Deluxe double bed rooms. There would be a STRICT non smoking policy in every room in every hotel. The room stank of old smoke and is almost unbearable for a non smoker. For this reason alone I would never ever stay there again, even though I liked most other aspects.
